Cheers! New Theme Day Hygiene at Hohenstein

In times of coronavirus and influenza, the topic of hygiene plays a more important role than ever: The first Hohenstein Thematic Day on Hygiene on March 25, 2020, examines the topic from various perspectives and discusses questions such as "Are infections and outbreaks the result of hygiene deficiencies?" or "How much hygiene does a nursing home need?"

The event is recognized as further training by the State Medical Association of Baden-Württemberg with eight continuing education points (FP) in Category A.

Expert lectures from the fields of medical hygiene, infection prevention, and hygiene technology complement the program. Participants will also learn about current issues regarding nursing TUV, laws, standards, and guidelines. The goal is to strengthen the understanding of hygiene together and to discuss challenges as well as future trends.

The target audience of the event is broad, ranging from doctors to building cleaners, large kitchens, hygiene professionals, and nursing home staff. Through a diverse audience, cross-sector exchange is intended to be fostered.
