Eisele offers check valves and quick-release couplings with check valves in addition to the variants made of brass and nickel-plated brass now also in stainless steel 1.4404.

Check valves and quick-release couplings made from corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant stainless steel from the Eisele INOXLINE are ideal for use in compressed air systems in hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. They also perform excellently under harsh and corrosive operating conditions and achieve a long service life. The check valves ensure free flow of compressed air in one direction. They open at a certain operating pressure, and the flow is blocked in the opposite direction.

Cammed O-rings for high sealing performance

The outer threads of the check valves are equipped with cammed O-rings made of FPM (Viton), unlike the brass variant, achieving particularly high sealing and reliability. The check valves have an internal thread on the inlet side and an external thread on the outlet side, or vice versa. They are also optionally available with two internal or external threads. The three thread sizes 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch cover the common industrial and craft applications.

Also stainless steel quick-release couplings

The design with an FPM-sealing seat valve is suitable for compressed air as well as liquids. The operating pressure range is 0.5 to 16 bar. The check valves are suitable for temperatures from -20 to +120 °C.

The check valves are complemented by a stainless steel quick-release coupling with a 1/4-inch external thread, suitable for air up to 10 bar. The same applies to the corresponding plug nipples. The quick-release coupling can be selected with or without double-sided shut-off.
