Change in the shareholder structure

As of November 1, 2017, the shareholder structure of Systec & Solutions GmbH was adjusted. Following the sale of the former parent company Systec & Services GmbH to Körber AG, Systec & Solutions GmbH is now entirely independent. In addition to the previous majority shareholder Karl G. Linder and the managing shareholder Andreas König, the managing director Philipp M. Linder is now also involved as a shareholder in the company.
