Change in the management of Fette Compacting

Stefan Moll, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fette Compacting, will leave the Fette Compacting Group on November 30, 2018, by mutual agreement.

Since October 2016, Stefan Moll has been a member of the management of Fette Compacting Group. Mr. Moll took on responsibility at that time for the areas of production, development/design, as well as processes/quality. Additionally, Mr. Moll led the company on the path of digital innovation with the digital project "SmartCompacting" of Fette Compacting and the digital cooperation project of Excellence United.

In his role as COO of Fette Compacting, Stefan Moll has been able to drive forward key strategic projects over the past two years and has significantly contributed to the development of the company's operational business. His tenure included progressive investments to secure the company's future viability, particularly through the optimization of process, structure, and product innovations.

Until a successor is appointed, Olaf J. Müller, CEO of LMT Group and Division President of Fette Compacting, will temporarily assume responsibility for production, development/design, processes/quality, and digitalization.

The management of Fette Compacting Group has acceded to Stefan Moll's wish with great regret. Olaf J.
