Change in Pöppelmann management: Christian Schwarck will now be responsible for the commercial sector

The Pöppelmann Group announces a change in management. Since June 1, 2025, Christian Schwarck has been the new Commercial Managing Director of the Lohner plastics processor, responsible for Finance, Human Resources, and IT. As a member of the executive management, he will lead the company together with Norbert Nobbe (since 2008 Managing Director of Quality Management, Development, and Technology) and Matthias Lesch (since 2019 Managing Director of Marketing, Sales, and Innovation).

Diploma in Business Administration Christian Schwarck (50) has over 20 years of international professional experience with various companies in the building materials industry, raw material extraction, machinery manufacturing, and the financial sector. Most recently, Christian Schwarck was the CFO at Sievert SE in Osnabrück.

In his new position in Lohne, he succeeds the previous Commercial Managing Director Henk Gøvert. Henk Gøvert joined the management of the Lohner plastics processor in 2019. Since 2022, he has also been responsible for Supply Chain Management (SCM). After five successful years, Henk Gøvert left the company at his own request in early 2025 to pursue new challenges.

Regarding the appointment of the new Managing Director, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board Catherin Vitale states: "Christian Schwarck brings extensive experience and excellent expertise.
