Customized cleanroom clothing in partnership with Alsico

At this year's Cleanroom Lounges in Karlsruhe, CCI vK GmbH & Co. KG introduced a strategic product expansion: together with the renowned clothing manufacturer Alsico, CCI is expanding its service portfolio in the field of cleanroom clothing. The collaboration marks a milestone where technological expertise, functional design, and short delivery times are uniquely combined.

Design- and function-optimized in-house developments for the highest demands

The focus of this collaboration is the OEM cleanroom clothing developed specifically by CCI, which sets standards in both design and wearing comfort. In doing so, CCI, in close cooperation with Alsico, consistently aligns with the needs of demanding industries such as semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, microelectronics, and biotechnology, with the goal of optimally combining functionality, product safety, and comfort.

Access to Alsico's tested high-tech textiles and laboratory capacities

Through close collaboration with Alsico, CCI can draw on a comprehensive portfolio of tested cleanroom fabrics for outer and intermediate garments. The material selection covers a wide range of industry-specific requirements, such as ESD properties, chemical resistance, particle retention, autoclave compatibility, protection against cytostatics, and durability.

Furthermore, CCI has access to the technologically advanced testing laboratory with integrated Body-Box from Alsico. This covers all common testing procedures for particle abrasion, pilling, wash tests, ESD and air permeability, retention, tear and tensile strength, particulate residual contamination, and other criteria relevant to cleanroom clothing. The testing laboratory can also be used by customers for individual tests, enabling maximum transparency and quality assurance.

Logistics advantages and rapid delivery times

A particular highlight is access to the central Alsico clothing warehouse with over 40,000 parts available immediately. This allows CCI to deliver a wide range of standard clothing in various sizes, colors, and cleanroom fabrics within 10 days – ideal for short-term needs.

For customer-specific configured clothing, a global manufacturing capacity of up to 100,000 parts per month is available. Even CCI OEM models – innovative cuts in modern design – with company-specific branding or special sizes, can be delivered within just 10 weeks thanks to optimized processes – a new benchmark in the industry.

Complementing decades of technical expertise, the CCI team has extensive experience in developing, planning, and implementing cleanroom clothing concepts. In collaboration with Alsico, this know-how is directly incorporated into the partnership, enabling solutions that meet both technical and regulatory requirements.
