The airflow management is one of the central principles of function in cleanrooms. It significantly determines the distribution and removal of particles and germs. The catch: airflows are invisible to the human eye.

If one wants to understand and control air movements in the cleanroom – which is essential for compliant operation – they must be made visible. Only then can product quality and process safety be reliably ensured: even the smallest particles or unwanted turbulence can impair air quality and thus threaten the required level of cleanliness.

The solution to this challenge is flow visualization. Using a fog generator, it makes the real airflows in the cleanroom visible and allows for direct comparison with the normative target specifications.

A new technical standard is set here by the fog generator CAT PURE FOG, specially developed for cleanroom use. Its uniform, ultra-fine mist from pure water ultrasonic nebulization makes even minimal air movements visible – reliably and even in hard-to-reach areas. Additional advantages include the continuous refilling of the water tank during operation, adjustable fog intensity over ten levels, and a removable chassis for maximum flexibility and comfortable handling.
