CAT Group expands at the Stuttgart location

The globally operating CAT Group is significantly expanding its headquarters in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. On approximately 1,000 square meters of additional space, new offices as well as spacious facilities for research and development are expected to be created across multiple floors by 2024 at the latest.

With this expansion, the Stuttgart-based specialist for services related to cleanrooms is setting the course for the company's future: "We are convinced that our industry will develop very dynamically in the coming years," says CAT Managing Director Steffen Hild. "With the expansion of our capacities, we are able to actively shape this development."

With the site expansion, the CAT Group also aims to specifically invest in its innovation capacity. This will significantly influence how companies respond to global challenges such as climate change, the energy transition, and globalization in the future.

At the same time, the expansion of the Swabian mid-sized company at its headquarters in Stuttgart is a clear commitment to the region. "We are interested in a strong, competitive economic location in Stuttgart," says Hild. "We are contributing to that." The CAT Group is one of the leading specialists worldwide in the field of clean and ultra-clean rooms. Its customers include companies from the pharmaceutical, solar, and automotive industries, as well as from medical technology, energy supply, and semiconductor manufacturing.
