The Camfil KG, together with bc-technology GmbH and STERIS Germany GmbH, presents new and proven solutions around cleanroom cabins at Lounges 2014 (June 3 – 5, 2014, Messe Stuttgart). Another focus is containment systems in cleanroom technology. Exciting lectures and live demonstrations on the action stage provide interesting insights into air filtration solutions for cleanroom processes.

The centerpiece of the joint appearance is the cleanroom cabin. Here, a functioning cleanroom will be in operation to demonstrate the processes of a cleanroom with containment. Camfil air filter and containment systems are integrated into the cleanroom workflow on site to vividly illustrate the safety concept. It will be shown how safe and efficient modern cleanroom management can be.

CamContain CS: the safety housing for highly sensitive air filtration

Live demonstrations of the CamContain CS show, for example, how contamination of maintenance bags and lid interior is prevented through an innovative filter tensioning technique. Filter leak tests in the installed state according to ISO 14644 (in-situ testing) are also explained on the object. Additionally, decontamination with H2O2 according to TRBA 100 requirements (in-situ testing) is described in detail.
