Camfil introduces the new generation of its product lines Hi-Flo ePM1 60% and ePM10 60%

Camfil, a leading manufacturer of clean air solutions, has announced the latest generation of its Hi-Flo bag filters. The current filter models have been optimized for energy efficiency and environmental impact to support building owners in dealing with dramatically rising electricity costs and the societal demand for greater ecological responsibility.

What is the Hi-Flo bag filter?

For over 50 years, the Hi-Flo bag filter has been a successful brand product used in a variety of systems — from pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and hospitals to office buildings and shopping centers — to protect people, processes, and the environment. Hi-Flo bag filters have always been characterized by low energy consumption and consistent, reliable filter performance.

The newest generation continues this tradition and also offers a range of improved product features:

– Energy savings – By switching to the new product version, existing Hi-Flo customers can reduce energy consumption in Europe by over 105 million kilowatt-hours per year without any further system modifications. For consumers using competitor products or a lower filter class, the savings potential can be more than twice as high.
– Better ecological balance – Every product installed in a building impacts its ecological footprint. Due to their low energy consumption, Hi-Flo air filters can reduce CO2 emissions by more than 25,620 tons per year.
– Cost savings for end customers – The low energy consumption of the new Hi-Flo models also shows up on the building owners’ electricity bills, amounting to more than 31 million euros annually.
– Transparent environmental impact – Like the previous models, the new Hi-Flo bag filters come with a performance certificate, now supplemented by an environmental product declaration that provides customers with detailed information about the environmental impacts of Hi-Flo products.
