Call for Papers: Complete or Partial Cleaning of Components

New components, materials, and joining techniques require adapted solutions in component cleaning. Completely or partially cleaning workpieces can make a decisive contribution to improved economic efficiency. The 5th specialist conference "Partial Component Cleaning of Functional and Connection Surfaces" with accompanying exhibition on October 27, 2022, in Nürtingen addresses key aspects of this. The organizer, fairXperts GmbH & Co. KG, invites interested speakers from companies and research to actively shape the program with a presentation.

The quality of manufacturing processes such as coating, bonding, sealing, welding, bonding, coating, and assembly depends crucially on the cleanliness of the functional surfaces. Methods for optical inspection/measurement of workpieces also place very high demands on the cleanliness of the relevant component surfaces. The functional or connection surfaces usually need to exhibit a significantly higher level of cleanliness than the rest of the workpiece. Accordingly, targeted partial cleaning processes make an important contribution to economical parts production.

The 5th specialist conference "Partial Component Cleaning of Functional and Connection Surfaces" organized by fairXperts GmbH & Co. KG, held on October 27, 2022, at K3N in Nürtingen, is a sought-after platform for information and communication in this field. Experienced application technicians and experts from companies and research are invited by the organizer to participate as speakers and actively shape the program with a presentation. The thematic focus is on technologies and processes as well as solutions for quality assurance in partial component cleaning. In addition, reports on proven and new applications are in focus. The total duration of a presentation should be at least 25 minutes and no more than 30 minutes. Five minutes are scheduled for dialogue with the participants after each presentation. Interested speakers are asked to send an abstract of their presentation (maximum 1 page DIN A4 as a PDF or Word file) by April 12, 2022, to info@wissenstransfer-reinigen.de.

The target audience of the event includes users from manufacturing, design, development, production planning, process engineering, and quality assurance. An accompanying exhibition will take place parallel to the conference.
