Calibrated according to the latest guidelines and requirements based on ISO 21501-4. The internal process of calibration is, among other things, aligned with our quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) and clearly defined. This ensures flawless documentation. After an incoming inspection and functional check, the devices are calibrated. If adjustments or repairs are necessary, the customer is naturally informed in advance about the scope and any associated costs. After successful calibration, the devices are returned to the customer along with a certificate and calibration report (Service Report).

This allows the customer to receive a comprehensive package, from device sales and integration to maintenance and calibration, which is both time- and cost-saving. Starting next year, it will even be possible to perform calibrations of particle counters directly on-site at the customer's location – another important step towards complete solutions and a more comprehensive concept around cleanroom monitoring systems from vali.sys.
