Cadolto realizes new dialysis center in France

On Wednesday, November 7th, 2018, the first modules from Cadolzburg were delivered for the new dialysis center at the Private Hospital Nord Parisien. After assembling the up to 90% prefabricated modules onto the foundation, the remaining construction and completion of the new modular building are currently underway. The completion is already scheduled for January 2019.

Cadolto received the contract to produce and construct a new dialysis building in June 2018. The scope of services also includes the foundation and external facilities. Since August 2018, the first modules have been prefabricated in the Cadolzburg factory, weatherproofed and independent of weather conditions. Compared to conventional construction methods, this can achieve a reduction in construction time of up to 70%. The foundation was completed by October 29, 2018. Nine days later, a total of 29 modules were delivered and installed within three days. The modules have lengths of up to approximately 15 meters, widths and heights of up to approximately 4 meters each, and weigh up to 24 tons. The single-story building has a gross floor area of 1,340 m².

At the beginning of January 2019, the building in Sarcelles can be put into operation. This short construction phase minimized on-site construction emissions. In recent years, Cadolto has already had the opportunity to realize numerous buildings in France.
