The Avintos AG has commissioned an ISO 9 cleanroom of 90 sqm in Rheinfelden, Switzerland. Avintos is a leading system supplier in the field of high-quality industrial fittings and hose lines. For the assembly of silicone hoses for the pharmaceutical industry, the modern company requires a clean environment.

The cleanroom system CleanCell4.0 from Schilling Engineering has been precisely adapted to the spatial conditions and offers a very bright and open workspace through full glazing of the front and integrated LED strips in the ceiling profiles. The air is recirculated directly from the room to the filter fan unit via a recirculation process, which is integrated into the ceiling area. This results in the already cleaned air being filtered again. As a result, only two FFUs are needed in the cleanroom to achieve an ISO Class 7, and an ISO Class 8 can be measured in the anteroom. This process places less load on the U15 filters, and the filter service life is very long.

For flexible use of the machine connections, power outlets, compressed air connections, network access, and fresh water connections have been prepared within the cleanroom.

The system is controlled simply via a small glass control panel, through which the FFUs and lighting can be turned on and off.

An 11 sqm large anteroom, accessed via two fully glazed automatic sliding doors with interlocking, ensures a clean transfer of personnel and materials.
