Braunform: New construction of the plastics and pharmaceutical production facility in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl completed

The Braunform GmbH in Bahlingen made the decision to relocate its plastic and pharmaceutical production to Endingen am Kaiserstuhl in southwestern Baden-Württemberg in 2012 due to strategic considerations and increased space requirements in core mold-making operations. The company acquired a suitable plot of land in nearby Endingen, which also offers room for future growth.

Through this spatial expansion, Braunform aims to provide its customers and partners with long-term prospects and sufficient space for upcoming developments, such as the commissioning of customer manufacturing cells.

As an independent, globally operating company, Braunform is established among customers as a manufacturer of complex injection molds. For organizational and process-related reasons, only a complete new construction of the plastic and pharmaceutical production facilities with cleanrooms of GMP classes C and D was considered feasible for the medium-sized company, which now employs over 320 staff. The relocation of this division provides the necessary space for growth in mold-making and to further expand and make the existing competence center more customer-oriented.

Currently, Braunform is in the process of relocating its plastic and pharmaceutical production. Gradually, the Endingen am Kaiserstuhl site is being put into operation. The final completion is planned for the end of 2016.
