"Blasentechnologie" DAIR sets a new standard

The compact cleanroom device DAIR distributed by KLEPP Absauganlagen improves air cleanliness at the workplace. It keeps work surfaces free of airborne particles and simultaneously creates an invisible "cleanroom bubble" at the workstation.

The mobile extraction device DAIR features a laminar clean air flow of 0.5-0.6 m/s and absorbs particles larger than 0.3 microns. Additionally, it continuously blows clean air over the workstation, with the laminar airflow being imperceptible. Instead, the jet technology creates a comfortable working environment.

The cleanroom device housed in a powder-coated, finely textured steel casing is distinguished from market-standard units by its low weight. The blower weighs 12 kg, and the filter unit 29 kg. The telescopic pipes add 3 kg. Furthermore, the extraction system can be easily and flexibly mounted on all standard workbenches. The distance between the bottom of the filter unit and the table is a maximum of 300 mm. This allows for flexible and ergonomic workspace design.

The jet technology can be used in the production and maintenance of electrical high-voltage systems as well as in the assembly and servicing of displays, optics, and the manufacturing and care of luxury watches. Moreover, the extraction system ensures clean working air in micromechanics, pharmaceuticals, sample collection, food processing, and in packaging and plastics segments. A Swedish manufacturer and repairer of radar systems also uses the cleanroom device DAIR profitably. This manufacturer previously had to carry out costly modifications to standard systems to achieve the required air purity.

Like all filter systems from KLEPP, the DAIR cleanroom device can be used sustainably. Customers thus have access to a small, mobile, flexible "cleanroom" and protect both their employees and their products.

Planning, installation, and service from a single source – "MADE IN GERMANY"

The range of services offered by KLEPP includes extraction systems for individual workstations as well as extraction units for up to 40 workstations or machines. Work cabins, under-table extraction systems, and suction slot channels can also be produced in custom sizes and tailored to specific requirements. Since KLEPP assembles the filter systems in Bad Aibling (Bavaria) from system components individually by hand, they are high-quality, "Made in Germany" pieces.
