BECKER Quick Out® Material Lock now also available as a stand-alone version

Greatly simple and simply great! The quick load lock "QuickOut" developed and patented by BECKER Cleanroom Technology for GMP applications is now also available in a "Stand Alone" version.

The material lock allows safe and quick unloading in just one step across multiple cleanroom classes (e.g., from B to D, or CNC) - through an internal two-chamber principle with an integrated chute, there is no longer any risk of particles entering the clean area.

The goods are pushed through a flap in the upper, clean loading area and then slide by gravity into a lower unloading area. Afterwards, the flap and the clean door of the lock are electronically locked, and the lock is purged with clean air. Only then can the goods be removed from the lower, unclean unloading area.

Now BECKER Cleanroom Technology has developed another innovation:

Until now, the QuickOut was used in turnkey cleanroom projects by Becker Cleanroom Technology and integrated into the ventilation concept of the cleanroom.

As more and more customers requested the QuickOut as an upgrade model to increase efficiency in existing sterile production facilities, Becker Cleanroom Technology has now developed an autonomous unit.

Now, a complete ventilation and control system is integrated into the QuickOut, making it easy to install as a "plug & play" component into an existing system.

The payback periods are very short due to time and cost savings, making it highly attractive for customers in new construction projects and now also for retrofitting into existing facilities.
