To meet the increasing demand for customized products and variable production volumes, industry requires flexible manufacturing models and modular automation components. autonox24's robotic mechanisms can be operated with all common controllers and are easy to integrate into any system design. The company supplies the pure mechanics – without motor, control, or software. This gives the customer free choice of machine control. It enables a seamless control concept from the individual automation component to the robot.

Catalog for robotic mechanisms: Fast and efficient

autonox24 meets the diverse customer requirements with an extensive range of modular standard components. What may initially sound like a contradiction is an innovation in robotics – and anything but inflexible. A maximum selection of robot structures, degrees of freedom, payloads, working ranges, and options guarantees great individual variability and incredible application diversity. The product portfolio now includes over 150 different mechanisms with a wide range of rated payloads from 0.5 kg to 350 kg.

The range includes standard parallel kinematics, DuoPod robots, hygienic design variants, as well as versions with extra large z-travel or for particularly tight robot arrangements. Optional features include an integrated tool change system ATS, an additional tool shaft for driving the tool, and media supply systems both inside and outside. autonox24 thus covers most applications and requirements. All connection dimensions and 3D CAD data are freely available online. This allows users to quickly and easily find their optimal solution.

The product catalog is continuously expanded and gaps are filled. New robotic mechanisms are also developed upon customer request if they fit into the repertoire and sufficient quantities are available. After project completion, the new development is immediately integrated into the catalog.

The autonox24 mechanisms are mostly maintenance-free and impress with high performance and maximum availability. Company-specific design adjustments (color schemes, labels, individual nameplates, spare parts lists, etc.) are possible for all products thanks to “Customized Design”. Development, design, and manufacturing are carried out holistically at the location in Kehl-Goldscheuer, Baden, ensuring the highest product quality “Made in Germany”.
