In personnel and material airlocks of technical cleanrooms according to DIN EN ISO 14644, furniture made from HPL is a compliant and excellent choice. The same applies to most personnel airlocks in the GMP environment. HPL is also popular because it allows for decorative accents in the cleanroom in a simple way. For design, a wide variety of material thicknesses, functional surfaces, and colors are available. Installation can be carried out either with a cladding up to the ceiling or with a dust protection shield by trained professionals.

An economical alternative to the material HPL are melamine resin-coated carrier panels, which are suitable for technical cleanrooms.
