The new ANAREX gas analyzers from smartGAS are a high-performance, highly accurate, and customer-specific configurable measurement solution for industrial gas measurement technology. ANAREX gas analyzers are applicable from process measurement, through emission monitoring, to fruit ripening storage.

The ANAREX product family impresses with highly accurate, stable measurement performance, easy, intuitive operation via touchscreen, and simple sensor calibration. The ANAREX gas analyzer is designed as a multi-gas analyzer and is delivered ready for connection in a plug-in enclosure for 19-inch racks. It can be easily put into operation via plug-and-play. The correct gas flow is regulated using a manual flowmeter on the front. The measurement values can be read in real-time on the 5.6-inch LCD touchscreen and transmitted via an RS232 interface as well as an analog output. Initially, two gas measurement combinations are offered on the European market: CO2 (0...20 vol.-%) combined with CO (0...1000 ppm), and CO2 (0...5 vol.-%) and O2 (0...25 vol.-%) in combination with ethylene (5...1000 ppm). smartGAS plans to expand with additional multi-gas sensors tailored to customer needs, with a short time-to-market.

The best gas sensors combined

The measurement basis of the ANAREX gas analyzer is the high-quality SILAREX sensors, which can determine up to three gases using the NDIR measurement principle and can be combined with additional sensor types depending on the desired gas combination. For example, PAS sensors based on photoacoustic spectroscopy can be added to detect organic ripening gases such as ethylene in fruit ripening. Another option includes paramagnetic or electrochemical sensors for oxygen determination. If needed, up to five gases can be measured with three sensors in an ANAREX gas analyzer. The internal software manages zero and span calibration to ensure perfect measurement accuracy. Application areas for ANAREX gas analyzers include fruit ripening and storage, environmental protection measurements for air quality control, exhaust and process gas analysis, as well as monitoring landfills or gas detection in tunnels. The ANAREX gas analyzers have already proven themselves for years in the Asian market in emission measurement and process technology.
