Amine for chemical process engineering

Tertiary amines are important catalysts for the production of various technical foams. Vink Chemicals has obtained REACH registration for four amines and their preparations and now supplies specialty amines in customer-specific quantities.

Among the important industrial chemicals is Pentamethylethylentriamine (PMDETA) with CAS No. 3030-47-5, offered in 100% concentration and as a 20% solution, as well as Triethylenediamine (TEDA, CAS No. 280-57-9), which Vink supplies in 100% concentration and in a 33% solution. The tertiary amines are used, among other things, as catalysts for the polyaddition of polyurethanes for rigid foams, insulation panels, flexible foams, and foam rubber. Other industrial chemicals in the Vink program include N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine (DMCHA, CAS No. 98-94-2), Bis(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)ether (BDMAEE, CAS No. 3033-62-3), and the 70% Bis(2-Dimethylaminoethyl) marketed under the brand name Vinkotech A1. Thanks to modern production and filling capacities in Memmingen, Vink Chemicals can offer all common container sizes with short delivery times.
