Lifting devices must safely move heavy loads and work reliably in everyday operations. A major advantage is when these are also mobile. EAP Lachnit offers scissor lift trucks and scissor lift tables for these tasks. These are robustly built and versatile. The versions made of stainless steel are also suitable for use in hygiene-sensitive environments, such as the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. They are also suitable for use in Ex zones and are available as cleanroom variants.

Lifting devices are used in many areas of industry. Particularly in sensitive areas such as cleanrooms, Ex zones, or in the production of chemicals, food, or pharmaceuticals, strict regulations apply for the use of lifting equipment. Therefore, specialized lifting devices are necessary for assembly and further processing processes. For these requirements, EAP Lachnit manufactures scissor lift trucks and scissor lift tables made of stainless steel.

The electric scissor lift truck type 405 E combines two functions in one device: it transports goods as a powered pallet truck with electric drive and lifts them up to 800 mm. At the same time, it can also be used as a lift table. The electric lifting device handles loads up to 800 kg. Its fork rollers and steering wheels made of polyamide enable quick movement. The scissor lift truck, including the pump unit, is fully made of stainless steel grade 1.4301 / V2A / AISI 30, with polished surfaces that are easy to clean. The device meets the protection class IP67. The fork rollers and steering wheels are made of polyamide. For use in sensitive areas, the lift truck is optionally available with material 1.4571 / V4A / AISI 316 and with polyurethane steering and load rollers. In a special configuration, it is also available for Ex rooms (classification II 2 GD c) and as a cleanroom version.

Powerful into height

For special application areas with particular requirements, such as in the food and chemical industries as well as pharmaceuticals and medical technology, EAP Lachnit offers the flat scissor lift table type 350. It is designed for use in hygiene-sensitive environments. It is made entirely of stainless steel (V2A) and equipped with a waterproof hydraulic unit. This ensures that high demands on corrosion resistance, surface hygiene, and ease of cleaning of devices and systems are met. Its construction complies not only with BGG 945 but also with EU directives and hygiene regulations. Additionally, it is suitable for use in Ex zones and is available as a cleanroom version. The maximum load capacity of the type 350 lift table is 1000 kg.

Another special feature is its extremely flat design. When lowered, its height is only 85 mm. Since its construction also omits a disruptive floor frame, it offers maximum foot space freedom and significantly simplifies loading and unloading of EURO pallets or other standard pallets. If its platform (1300 x 900 mm) is designed U- or E-shaped, standard pallet trucks can easily drive flush with the ground into the platform of the type 350 scissor lift table.

Additional quality features include adjustable lowering speed, particularly high lateral stability through roller guidance, a safety contact strip under the platform, and pipe burst safety valves on both stainless steel cylinders. The maximum lifting height is 750 mm, and the independent lifting and lowering times are 25 and 20 seconds, respectively. For all application areas, an accessory range with various rollers, base plates, basic frames, ramp wedges, and attachments for turning and tilting is also available. Additional protective covers and versions made of V4A material are also feasible. The type 350 scissor lift table is optionally available as a cleanroom model as well.
