ALU-PRIMUS-P4

The Richard Wöhr GmbH, based in Höfen an der Enz, is expanding its product range with the aluminum housing series ALU-PRIMUS-P4. The special feature of this housing series is the protection class IP65/IP66 up to IP67, achieved through 4 mm thick end plates including silicone seals (temperature range -60 to +230°C) or optionally with neoprene seals (temperature range -35 to +120°C). It also features an intelligent design for mounting circuit boards, allowing not only horizontal insertion of conductor and mounting plates into the designated grooves but also vertical placement.

Also noteworthy is the development of the exterior design, which deliberately omits ribs, grooves, and edges. This allows the ALU-PRIMUS-P4 housing to be used in areas with high hygiene requirements and makes it easy to clean. The surface of the profile is anodized, and the end plates are standard powder-coated in RAL 9005. Other color combinations are possible upon customer request. The new ALU-PRIMUS-P4 housing series is available in sizes for circuit board widths of 50, 65, 80, 100, 130, and 160 mm.
