All-metal connections made of stainless steel for the pharmaceutical industry

The dead-space-free program 1600/3600 of INOXLINE is primarily aimed at the food and pharmaceutical industries, but is also suitable for painting applications.

The INOXLINE from Eisele offers a complete range of stainless steel fittings for compressed air, vacuum, gases, liquids, and cooling water. This includes dead-space-free and seamless threaded connections, designed according to strict hygiene criteria and for easy cleaning. They are ideally suited for circuits with sensitive substances or frequent media changes.

The Eisele INOXLINE program 17 includes quick-connect fittings with a release sleeve and a seal. All fittings are made from stainless steel 1.4301/1.4307. This material provides excellent corrosion protection and high chemical resistance, for example against many acidic liquids. As standard, the quick-connect fittings are equipped with high-quality FPM seals. Upon request, they can also be fitted with FDA-compliant seals for special hygiene requirements. The quick-connect fittings are sealed with a castellated O-ring on the threaded side.

Dead-space-free connection

The dead-space-free connection implemented by Eisele with the program 1600/3600 is patented and easy to handle. Even faster are the dead-space-reduced fittings from the 3800 series. No hose processing is required here. These fittings are seamless and offer a high-quality connection solution for applications that do not have the strictest requirements. Both product lines are designed for use with liquid media: while product purity is crucial for paints and coatings, hygiene aspects take precedence for food or pharmaceutical products. In all cases, easy and thorough cleaning of the media circuit is necessary to enable quick media changes.
