"Due to the different customer demands for storage, box, or hanging shelves in various dimensions and sizes, it was our goal to serve all requirements with a single system," explains Jörg Eekhoff, Technical Sales at Hœcker. First presented at the IFFA, the new Hœcker system shelf now impressively demonstrates its flexibility in practice. Wherever cleanliness and hygiene are essential, the stainless steel shelving system comes into play. It can be found as a standard storage shelf in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries, but also in smaller butcher shops as a presentation shelf for sausages or ham. Its place is in canteens and large kitchens, as well as in hunting and game processing for hanging the harvested animals. Together with the optional Hœcker hanging rails, it becomes a reliable travel companion on freight or cruise ships – with secure storage in every sea state.

Numerous modifications lead to success

How does the Hœcker system shelf achieve such great flexibility? The secret lies in several individual improvements, where the Hœcker Group listened very closely to its customers. First, adjustments have been made to accommodate many different spatial requirements. "Through a special hole pattern, different shelf widths, depths, and heights can be combined," explains Eekhoff. "Additionally, it is possible to assemble the system around corners or as a T-version, as well as extend it with different sizes." The various tier modules, which can be mounted from a grid of 50 mm, are easily combinable, and all-sided open posts ensure easy cleaning. The shelf has very high stability and, like many other standing Hœcker products, features height-adjustable plastic joint feet. Uneven floors and height differences can thus be easily compensated. Even when fully loaded, the shelving system always maintains a secure stance! Its strength, tailored to each individual need, is also developed through the wide range of available accessories. For example, label insertion strips or hanging rails prevent items from slipping off, inclined sheet metal bases or inclined grates and guide rails offer countless customization options. The Hœcker Group also gladly undertakes custom manufacturing for individual needs.
