Air liquid one takes part in Intega

The air liquid GmbH, German subsidiary of the manufacturer of industrial gases air liquid S.A., leading world-wide, announced with effect to 01.01.2003 - under reservation of the agreement of the responsible competition authorities - a participation to the Intega - Hans's J. Jehl GmbH. The exempt private company Intega belonged to the prominent offerers of pure utilities supply systems and represents thus for the air liquid one an extension of its offer, e.g. for the semiconductor and automobile industry. Both enterprises will act further independently at the market.
