Air leakage measurement system asip-compact for insulators and small cleanroom units

asip-compact is a standalone device for supplying an air microbial sampling point (in conjunction with asip-switch up to 2 sampling points). Only the sampling lance and the sampling head are located in the aseptic core area. This prevents contamination from the sampling equipment.
It is designed for decentralized use in, for example, isolators, RABS, or laminar flow cabinets.

asip-compact was designed according to GAMP5 and fully complies with EN ISO 14698.

The dimensions are L: 303mm, H: 168mm, T: 228mm, making it so compact that it can also be installed in filling machines, isolators, and similar equipment. The distance from asip-compact to the sampling head can be up to 15 meters. Therefore, the sampler can also be installed outside the cleanroom. Thanks to the device's addressability, a networked air microbial sampling system with shared control panels can also be established. The system's high flexibility is ensured by the various interfaces of asip-compact. For example, these interfaces can also be used to switch a valve to protect the sampling system during isolator disinfection.

The special feature of asip-compact is the possibility to operate two sampling points via an asip-switch, making the system a cost-effective solution for filling machines, isolators, or small cleanrooms where more than one sampling point is necessary.
