Air filter specialist Camfil introduces the HEPA filter range Absolute™ — a comprehensive product line for all critical applications in the food industry, life sciences, and microelectronics to protect people and processes from harmful particles. High-quality filter media — developed according to internally specified standards — and the optimal pleat geometry ensure low energy consumption and minimal pressure drop. The prerequisites for this are the specially developed pleating machines by Camfil, as well as the patented CMS (Controlled Media Spacing) technology. Only with CMS technology can the large filter surface be optimally utilized, thus saving operating costs. The filters guarantee that no hazardous particles enter the ambient air.

Depending on the requirements for airflow or differential pressure, the range offers the ideal selection. It includes the filter types Absolute™ C, D, and V in filter classes H13 and H14 according to DIN EN 1822. Given the highly sensitive applications of these filters, special emphasis is placed on safety and reliability: each Absolute™ filter undergoes rigorous individual testing before leaving the factory. Only filters that pass these tests receive a label with the serial number and confirmation that the filter has been tested and approved according to current testing standards.

Exact seamless PU seals on the filter ensure a perfect fit in the housing and thus protect against leaks. The frames of the Absolute™ filters are available in wood, plastic, or metal, making them lightweight (plastic), robust, safe, and tailored to the needs of customers.

Regarding environmental friendliness, the Absolute™ air filter series also impresses. The filters, especially those with plastic frames, are fully incinerable and suitable for recovery as substitute fuel.
