Above-average qualified technical discussions at POWTECH

The RICO Security Technology AG draws a positive conclusion following this year's POWTECH. The Swiss company positioned itself in the attractive exhibition environment of the Nuremberg Exhibition Center in Hall 3 and presented its products for explosion decoupling and air shut-off there. This year, security experts were particularly pleased with technical discussions at an above-average high level – the booth attracted the interest of potential customers and sales partners on all three trade fair days. In addition to the well-known VENTEX® explosion protection valve and REDEX® Slide as well as REDEX® Flap, an optimized and highly innovative version of the RAPIDO air shut-off damper was also showcased, which can throttles air flows arbitrarily and seal pipelines 100% gas-tight. The damper is characterized by its compact and lightweight construction and is optionally available in plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel. The new version of the shut-off damper impresses with a reduced weight and a higher-quality interior. In terms of ease of maintenance, the optimized damper also scores: the seal does not need to be greased, which prevents deposits and sticking. For the first time, the Swiss security experts also presented their further developed explosion protection slide in the pharmaceutical version. The High Hygienic Design is specifically developed for use in the pharmaceutical and food sectors and tailored to the special requirements of these industries. "We are very satisfied with the course of the trade fair. The great interest in our new and further developments confirms that we will continue to invest in the development of new products in the future," summarizes Aleksandar Agatonovic, Deputy Managing Director of the company.
