Due to many years of experience working under cleanroom conditions, mkf has developed a flexible cleanroom system based on aluminum profiles with enclosed slots, which adapts to the individual requirements of customers. This way, the advantages of the aluminum profile system are combined with the requirements of a cleanroom.

Surface-Bonded Modules

Customers configure their cleanroom from 4 different, fully surface-bonded wall modules. With an individual configuration of the standard ceiling module with LED panels, fan-filter units, or inspection openings, the cleanroom is completed according to customer specifications.

Maximum Flexibility

No matter if customers want to make their cleanroom larger, smaller, or simply different later — the cleanroom can be quickly and flexibly adapted to changing needs with minimal effort.

Custom Design

With color accents, our customers give their cleanroom a unique identity. For individual design, all enclosed surfaces are standardly available in white, aluminum, and 3 colors.

At ILMAC, which takes place from September 20 to 23, 2016, in Basel, the new modular cleanroom can be viewed as an exhibition exhibit. The mkf team is happy to advise you at their booth A41 in Hall 1.0.
