Sanner, a globally leading manufacturer of healthcare packaging and CDMO for medical technology products, consolidates its subsidiaries under the umbrella brand Sanner. In the first step, Springboard was rebranded as Sanner UK.

The transition from Springboard to Sanner UK marks an important milestone following the acquisition by the Sanner Group in January 2024. It emphasizes the shared vision to offer customers seamless end-to-end solutions across the entire value chain in the fields of medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. By merging under a strong brand, the Sanner Group affirms its integrated service offering – from early innovation and human factors engineering through industrialization to commercial manufacturing. This allows customers to benefit from a comprehensive development and production partner from a single source.

More than just a name change

The next step: Rebranding of Gilero

The next step in this strategic integration involves the rebranding of the US company Gilero, which was acquired by the Sanner Group in October 2024. Following the establishment of the new US production site in Greensboro, Sanner is currently expanding its development capacities in Chicago and relocating them to a larger site to offer even better possibilities for prototyping, assembly, and human factors engineering. “With these strategic decisions, we underline our international growth and our commitment to customers around the world,” says Stefan Verheyden.
