6-channel remote particle counter with integrated 1.0 CFM vacuum pump and storage for 45,000 data sets

The remote particle counter RM-4510, with dimensions of 11.9 x 15.7 x 24.1 cm, is among the most compact 1.0 CFM particle counters with an integrated vacuum pump and storage for 45,000 data sets. In addition to easy system integration through flexible communication interfaces, the RM-4510 offers a variety of exceptional features that are not typically found in remote particle counters.

The particle counter RM-4510 simultaneously detects up to 6 particle size channels between 0.5 and 25µm with a sampling volume of 28.3 liters/min (1.0 CFM).

The device features an integrated vacuum pump and is designed for use in monitoring systems without a separate vacuum supply. Due to the materials used, the housing has excellent resistance to VHP.

The footprint of the 4510 is approximately 60% smaller than comparable devices; the inclined top of the housing prevents particle deposits and facilitates easy cleaning.

The data obtained with this robust 6-channel device can be output via Ethernet or (optionally) wireless 802.11 b / g using various communication protocols.

By modularly combining the pump and the optical counter in a common frame, the unit can be easily replaced during service or calibration, reducing downtime.

The onboard differential pressure sensor and flow regulator protect the particle counter from excessive pressure if the isokinetic sampling probe is closed for cleaning purposes.

The device features onboard memory for 45,000 data sets to ensure redundancy in case of communication loss with the higher-level system. Even in the event of a network failure or monitoring system outage, continuous monitoring is always guaranteed. Additionally, the internal USB OTG port allows the user to access the device directly for data retrieval or configuration during network disruptions or monitoring system failures.

The device meets the requirements of ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921.
The 4510 ensures compliance with an onboard pulse height analyzer.
