Fifty successful years are celebrated by Blickle Switzerland. The company's first international branch was established on November 1, 1967, in Ittigen, Canton Bern.

Starting from humble beginnings, the branch has developed over the decades into the Swiss market leader in the field of wheels and casters. Today, the Blickle Switzerland team, led by branch manager Peter Schär, comprises a total of 17 employees. "We are pleased with what we have achieved in Switzerland over the past fifty years and thank our customers for their trust," reports Peter Schär. "A big thank you also goes to our employees. Many of them have years of experience and thus contribute to the positive development of the company."

Along with the increase in staff, the premises have also grown significantly over the years. Since early June 2016, Blickle Switzerland has been located in the so-called industrial park "Paradies" in Lyssach, very close to the previous location. The new building has a total area of 47,945 square meters and is an investment in the future for Blickle. It is situated in a prime location on Lyssach's shopping street, directly on the A1 motorway. Thanks to its own warehouse with an extensive range of standard products on site, Swiss customers can be supplied directly from Lyssach. This benefits customers with short delivery times and high delivery reliability. As part of the company's further development, Blickle Switzerland has also launched an online shop this year, where customers can place orders around the clock.
