The principles of risk management have been well known for a long time. But why is it so difficult to implement these principles in practice and, above all, to derive measurable benefits from them? The lecture explores the reasons and presents a method for process risk analysis in 8 steps that avoids common hurdles. It is easy to apply, proven in practice, and can be easily implemented by the audience in their own operations. Dr. Spengler and Dr. Juhnke developed this method themselves from practical work and are now presenting it publicly for the first time.
