18. Cleanroom Regulars' Table

On September 13, 2018, the 19th Jena Cleanroom Roundtable will take place at Colandis, to which interested parties are cordially invited. The thematic focus will be on process safety through Environmental Control solutions. Mr. Roland Kappel from Integrated Dynamics Engineering Group has been invited as a speaker for this topic.

In a variety of future industries, progress is only possible with the help of modern high-resolution microscopes. Electron microscopes and other electron beam-based analysis methods are increasingly used in industry. To safeguard the investment and increase the availability of these instruments, disruptive environmental influences must be kept within narrow limits. Particularly electromagnetic interference, ground vibrations, and also body noise are to be mentioned here. The presentation provides an overview of the interference contexts and the technical possibilities for mitigation.

In addition to the presentation, this event offers space for dialogue among participants. There will be opportunities to speak with the speaker, the participants, and Colandis staff. For those who are not yet familiar with the company headquarters, Colandis is happy to offer a tour of its facilities.
