11 years of concentrated expertise in the cleanroom

The CleanRoomNet network, which was first presented at the Cleanroom Europe 2005 in Stuttgart, celebrated its eleventh anniversary on March 1, 2016. The goal of this founding was to offer customers a comprehensive range of products and services—from cleanroom planning and construction to consumables—"All from a single source".

Joint trade fair appearances are still on the agenda today. The advantages for the customer were and still are obvious: cost and time savings in each project through just one contact, consolidated expertise from every area of cleanroom technology, as well as regular updates on the latest information in cleanroom technology.

From the original network of five companies, a team has now formed consisting of eleven cleanroom companies, which support customers with their expertise when their cleanroom projects require the most efficient use of time and money, when customers want to be confident in their planning and costs in the cleanroom, when customers want to focus on their core tasks and rely entirely on the know-how of experienced partners.

The CleanRoomNet network is a collaboration of companies from different areas of cleanroom technology: Becker-Reinraumtechnik GmbH, Klima-Becker-Full-Service GmbH, Dorfner Group KG, Elpro GmbH, Mach4, pure11 GmbH, ReinRaumTechnik-Jochem, SLKB GmbH, StoCretec GmbH, TÜV SÜD GmbH, and WZB gGmbH.

How to benefit from CleanRoomNet

Since only one contact needs to be established, it saves a lot of time and costs in planning your cleanroom project. The bundling of competencies, short communication channels, and thus fewer interfaces enable more efficient coordination. The customer can plan with confidence while CleanRoomNet assembles the components of their cleanrooms. The active communication among CleanRoomNet partners and the regular exchange of experiences among them provide the customer with security in planning and cost control.

With the platform: "The pharmacy of tomorrow," 14 symposia have been held to date on important topics from cleanroom technology, specifically for pharmacists at the Central Pharmacy in Steinbach i.T. These symposia focus on the pharmacist and how they can position themselves in the future. Questions about the cleanroom are discussed here. Additionally, the patent-specific blistering and the production of cytostatics and sterile products in cleanrooms according to the current pharmacy operational regulations (ApBetrO) will be important topics.

Already, 3 Cleanroom Forums Saar and 4 Technology Forums for Cleanroom have been held, addressing core topics from cleanroom technology as well as component cleanliness in the automotive industry and manufacturing.

The Technology Forums for Cleanroom were organized and conducted for Saarland-based cleanroom companies. A diverse group of participants from various fields was addressed, including plant managers, production managers, QM officers, cleanroom officers from companies, and laboratory operators from medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or nanotechnology.

It is thus a special working group with the claim of high competence and effectiveness.

Furthermore, the CleanRoomNet network has authored the world's first sluice concept brochure for pharmacists. This sluice concept can also be applied by other cleanroom users.

The aim of the event: The forum should benefit from the expertise of its participants. The content of this expert forum should initially not be predetermined but should emerge either before or during the forum. A total of no more than 12-15 participants should be addressed. However, due to the enormous response, the forum has already reached 25 participants.

The contacts with Saarland University are an indispensable part of the networkers' work. The Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office at Saarbrücken University was not entirely innocent in this.
