"10,000 trainees – what is behind this number?"

We asked Simon Fiala, Head of Training and Education at comprei.

"The number of 10,000 participants in our training sessions over the past years is a result that makes us very happy! For us as a training team, it is more than just a number. Behind it are intensive experiences we have had with individual people. During one- to five-day training sessions, we accompanied people in small groups as they learned and shaped their mindset for contamination control. We helped learners acquire new skills and embed them into their daily routines. Some we were able to meet again after some time for requalification, and many told us how they applied what they learned in their daily cleanroom work. Hearing such feedback is the greatest joy for a trainer – ultimately, also recognition and thanks for the passion we put into it."
