Neuberger presents GMP monitoring and cleanroom solutions at LOUNGES 2026

Innovative, safe, GMP-compliant, and from a single source – the automation specialist Neuberger presents its services and solutions at LOUNGES 2026 in Karlsruhe. The focus at the popular meeting point of the cleanroom and process technology industry is on the RoomPanel RP8100. Specifically designed for use on cleanroom walls, Neuberger presents a high-quality and attractive solution with this device.

The clear display of temperature, pressure, humidity, and particles is one of the most common requirements in cleanrooms, laboratories, personnel and material sluices, as well as highly sensitive production areas where maintaining and monitoring a pure production environment is essential for product quality. With the RoomPanel RP8100, Neuberger now offers an appropriate solution.

Display, operate, monitor, and signal – these are the four key features of the RoomPanel of type RP8100. On a 5-inch (62.1 x 110.4 mm) display with a maximum resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels, measurement and process values such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and/or particles can be output. Alarm and status messages are freely programmable and can thus be visualized according to customer requirements. Acknowledgments are also possible directly on the display thanks to the touch function. The installation flexibility offers the possibility to mount the device both horizontally and vertically. Thanks to surface-mounted wall installation, the RP8100 is extremely easy to maintain and clean – also a frequently required criterion in the industry for such devices. An Ethernet interface with web protocol is available as a connection. Power supply can be either via 24 volts DC or Power-over-Ethernet (PoE).
