In the field of motion automation, LSA implements high-precision positioning and drive systems for high-vacuum and UHV applications up to 10⁻⁹ mbar. The vacuum-qualified single and multi-axis systems enable µm-precise positioning with high dynamics, large strokes and complex motion profiles – ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, precision optics, MEMS, thin-film technologies and research
