ADK Module Space designs and constructs high-quality laboratory and cleanroom buildings in modular construction – from individual planning through production in their own factory to turnkey handover. The modules are prefabricated under controlled conditions. This allows complex technical equipment, laboratory systems, and sensitive building technology to be precisely integrated and coordinated early on. The high degree of prefabrication shortens on-site construction time, increases planning certainty, and enables timely and cost-effective implementation.

Both standalone new buildings and extensions or additions to existing structures are realized. Thanks to the modular construction method, new laboratory and cleanroom areas can be flexibly connected to existing structures and implemented even during ongoing operations.
