Thomas Nicklisch
Thomas Nicklisch has been working at Dorfner since 2007 and has been responsible for "Assembly Management" from the very beginning. This includes two important areas: cleanroom cleaning and ventilation technology. Dorfner's holistic approach – and thus also Mr. Nicklisch's – accompanies customers from the start of construction: from initial cleaning through final sterilization to the transition into maintenance cleaning.
However, Mr. Nicklisch's activities in the cleanroom do not end with daily maintenance cleaning: during regular shutdowns, he performs maintenance and basic cleaning in the cleanroom. Additionally, the regular maintenance of the air handling systems according to VDI 6022 is carried out by Mr. Nicklisch and his well-trained team.
Over the years, Thomas Nicklisch gained experience nationwide and even across Europe, successfully completing projects ranging from a small pharmacy to large pharmaceutical companies and FABs in the semiconductor and solar industries. His qualifications as a certified disinfectant, specialist in cleaning and hygiene, and training by TÜV Rheinland Palatinate according to VDI 6022 ventilation technology and VDI 2083 cleanroom technology provide a solid foundation for work in the cleanroom and with HVAC systems. The core of his success, besides high-quality standards, is continuous further education and close partnerships with ventilation companies and manufacturers of ventilation systems, enabling comprehensive service.
What did you want to become as a child?
Since I was passionate about fishing as a child, I wanted to become a fisherman at sea.

When personal and professional goals are fulfilled.
What achievement are you particularly proud of?
Having such a good, loving family in the background, the development of my daughter, and not least my professional career.
Which technical achievement do you admire the most?
The internet – nothing has influenced and changed our way of living and working more in recent years.
Who would you like to swap lives with for a month?
No one, I am satisfied with my life.
