René Hecker
Ing. Réné Hecker graduated as a chemical engineer. After this training, he studied "International Marketing Strategy" at a post-master's level for 10 years. This enabled him to acquire an efficient combination of knowledge in the areas of technology, strategy, and sales.
His 25 years of international professional experience in various industries such as machinery manufacturing, chemistry, plastics, the food industry, and trade have shaped him into the person he is today.
He is currently working at Pedak Meettechniek. For the German market, there is a close partnership with Novasina, which focuses on the air conditioning of rooms, especially cleanrooms.
René Hecker is working for Pedak Meettechniek to build infrastructure in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The focus here is also on measurement, recording, and presentation of climate conditions in rooms using the latest wired and wireless technologies.
What did you want to become as a child?
I never wanted to be a police officer, firefighter, or pilot. I just wanted to be myself. Later, I found out that the development towards self-fulfillment was central for me.
What was your first car?
A blue Ford Scorpio.
What do you look forward to?
Seeing people have a great time and be happy.
Which achievement are you particularly proud of?
Building a company whose turnover grew from €0.00 to €16,000,000.
Which technical achievement do you admire the most?
The smartphone with all its possibilities.
Who would you like to swap places with for a month?
With Germany's most powerful woman, Angela Merkel.
In which country would you like to have a second residence?
In Spain, preferably in Málaga.

Greek

Very diverse, from classical (Rachmaninoff) to rock (Rammstein).
