Dr. Christoph Rockel
Dr. Christoph Rockel, born in 1977, studied biology at the University of Konstanz and subsequently earned his doctorate in immunology. During his studies, he spent research stays in Milan and in the Midwest of the USA. Since 2010, he has been the head of the Hygiene Competence Center at Enzler Hygiene AG, which was newly founded at that time. Here, he was responsible for building a microbiological laboratory and developing new hygiene-focused services for two years. In this role, he advises clients from the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, food, and medtech industries and provides services in the areas of hygiene, disinfection, microbiology, and quality control. These include primarily biodecontaminations of rooms and systems using H2O2, microbiological quality controls, and employee training. He also oversees the entire internal training for the approximately 2,300 employees of the Enzler Group.
