Christoph Haas
Christoph Haas was born in 1981 and began his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in 2002 at the Troisdorf flooring manufacturer Gerflor Mipolam after successfully completing his high school diploma. After his apprenticeship, he held various positions in the company, from inside sales, through marketing, until he finally switched to field sales at the end of 2006. There, he managed the Ruhr area for several years, as well as the neighboring Sauerland and Siegerland regions.
Alongside his field sales work, Christoph Haas began a dual business administration degree at EUFH in Brühl in 2008, with a focus on industrial management and construction industry. An international semester took him to San Diego, USA, in early 2011. After successfully completing his studies, he moved within Gerflor Mipolam GmbH to the Key Account Management department, responsible for the German business of the sports flooring division. The focus was on marketing and sales of hall floors for schools and sports clubs, as well as handling professional business with German handball and volleyball clubs, and the German Handball Federation (DHB).
Since 2013, Christoph Haas has been responsible for sales management in the industrial segment within Gerflor Mipolam GmbH. This segment is divided into three sub-segments: Life Science, High-Tech, and Manufacturing Industry. Particularly the Life Science sector, with its specific user requirements, makes the role very interesting for him and his team.
Christoph Haas is married and has a son. He lives with his family in Much in the Bergisches Land, east of Cologne. His hobbies include playing bass in his band and cooking.
What did you want to be as a child?
Dams have always fascinated me. Therefore, dam engineer was my childhood dream job.
What was your first car?
A white Ford Escort station wagon, model '86. A decommissioned company vehicle of my parents.
What do you look forward to?
When my son tells me news from kindergarten.
What achievement are you particularly proud of?
The job in field sales and the parallel studies were quite demanding.
Which technical achievement do you admire most?
The invention of the solar cell.
Who would you like to swap places with for a month?
Currently with Donald Trump, to resume my presidential candidacy.

California/USA

Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg. A brave man.

Breaking News by Frank Schätzling. Topic: Historical analysis of the Middle East conflict between Israel and neighboring states, wrapped in a thriller.

Anything the grill has to offer.

Dire Straits, Toto, Queen, Michael Jackson.
What was the best advice you ever received?
Whatever you do, do it right.
