Theoretische en praktische kennis om schoonmaaktaken kwaliteits- en kosteneffectief op te lossen
FiT-Grundlagenseminar inspireerde deelnemers
Component cleanliness is now a quality feature in all industries. But how is a cleaning process designed so that the cleanliness requirements resulting from subsequent manufacturing steps are met with consistent quality and cost-effectiveness? Answers to this question were provided by the first part "Process Design" of the FiT basic seminar "Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning" on June 20, 2018, in Frankenthal. After the presentations and workshops, the participants agreed: this day was worthwhile.
The seminar conveyed the relevant correlations for effective component cleaning and offered a lot of practical knowledge – this was the conclusion of all 22 participants of the "Process Design" seminar on June 20, 2018, in Frankenthal. The event was part of the basic seminar "Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning" developed by the Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. (FiT). The further education and qualification measure is carried out in two parts by fairXperts.
The right process for my individual task
After an introductory and overview presentation, a seminar lecture "Process Design" informed about the important criteria and their characteristic properties when selecting an optimal cleaning chemistry – aqueous media or solvents. Then it focused on plant technology. Various wet cleaning technologies were discussed, as well as different procedures, for example spray, dip, and ultrasonic cleaning, as well as bath maintenance with filtration and separation. Subsequently, participants learned about measurement methods to monitor particulate and film contamination of the baths offline, atline, and inline. Solutions and procedures for controlling particulate and film cleanliness of cleaned components completed the theoretical part of the seminar. In the following three parallel workshops, participants worked together with experienced application technicians to develop systematic approaches as well as practical and proven solutions in the areas of aqueous and solvent cleaning, as well as developing solutions for process control and management.
The assessment of the qualification measure by the participants with an overall grade of 1.9 demonstrates that FiT, with this program, has met the knowledge needs of users for designing efficient cleaning processes.
Process optimization through efficient quality control
The second part of the basic seminar, which can be booked independently of participation in the first event, will take place on November 15/16, 2018, in Frankenthal. The two-day qualification measure provides know-how on process optimization through lectures and practical exercises.
The further education and qualification measure to ensure process quality in component cleaning is aimed at specialists and managers from development, design, technology, production planning, manufacturing, and quality assurance, for example from the automotive industry, electrical engineering, electronics, precision mechanics, optics, medical technology, surface and coating technology, mechanical engineering, as well as from other industries where cleanliness plays a role as a quality criterion. To ensure a high learning success, the number of participants is limited to 40 persons.
