Specifically for the transport of  FIBC- Bags, Schneider Leichtbau has developed special support frames. The user can choose between square and rectangular Euro-Pallet compatible support frames. These support frames are available in rigid, foldable, or collapsible versions.

Renowned companies from the pharmaceutical industry have already implemented these support frames. They are offered and manufactured in aluminum and/or stainless steel, material 1.4301.

The advantages of the frames are convincing and speak for themselves: They reduce validation effort and contribute to minimizing costs of cleaning processes. Additionally, storage costs are reduced through space-saving storage (stackable, foldable). Easy dosing is achieved through valve control with integrated emptying system and 100% emptying by avoiding FIBC creasing. The support frames are designed to be GMP- and occupational safety-compliant (BGR 234). Furthermore, the frames are easy to handle and suitable for roller conveyor and high-bay storage. Cleaning is simple and easy. There is no contamination risk due to the use of disposable containers.

Thanks to the special Schneider Hygiene Design, the frames are ideally suited for cleanroom environments. The square, rigid version of the support frame can be easily used in Class C (10,000 particles/m³ according to DIN ISO 4), while the flexible, foldable support frames can be used in Class D (100,000 particles/m³ according to DIN ISO 5).
