Specifically in production under cleanroom conditions, such as in the food or pharmaceutical industry, an absolutely clean operation is required. This also applies to the temperature control of tools. With the new leak-proof couplings from Meusburger, an optimal foundation is established.

Clean temperature control thanks to Flat-Face Valve and O-Ring

The new leak-proof couplings E 25... feature a Flat-Face Valve on both sides. This ensures that no empty space is created during uncoupling, preventing media leakage. This allows for clean production and provides safety for the user. The long guide pin guarantees absolute sealing and durability, and thanks to the O-Ring on the connection nipple, the coupling can be screwed in quickly and cleanly – entirely without thread seal tape.

Available in different designs

The leak-proof couplings are available with hose or quick-connect fittings, as well as with threaded connections in straight and 90° angled versions, in standard sizes DN6 and DN9. The couplings with practical one-handed operation automatically snap into place. The low pressure drop is due to the optimized flow geometry.

High-temperature version up to 220°C

The standard version is already equipped with special seals for water up to 150°C and oil up to 200°C. The variant with threaded connection is additionally available in a high-temperature version marked by a turquoise ring. The special FKM seals used are specifically designed for hot water up to 180°C and temperature control oil up to 220°C, and are extremely durable. This guarantees optimal process safety in production.
