Vacuum grab devices and tweezers find most different applications in the semiconductor and electronics industry and in the optical industry. Everywhere, where a safe and precise handling of Wafern and smallest construction units is compellingly necessary, the vacuum grab devices are indispensable into their various execution. Advantages: - ergonomic form - fatiguing the hand and the wrist - pure class of area ISO 3 (class I) decreases suited - reliable sucking in with small contact area and/or immediate loosening of the parts - with different pumps available - ESD security - turning system (full 360°) - variety at suction cups, vacuum pads, nozzles and points - stainless, chemikalienresisitent, temperature-steadily for the rounding of the product range accessories ensure such as air hoses ("Tubes") and storage stands.Alternatively to the vacuum grab equipment tweezers can be used, which cover only the edge of the wafer. This ensures a good closing mechanism and/or a safe getting jammed with as small a contact area as possible. Differences become the tweezers by their grab forms and remarks (flatten, broad points, with or without teeth). Optical polishing of the contact area prevents scratches with application.
