More performance, higher efficiency: Camfil expands the Hi-Flo bag filter series with ePM1 70%
Camfil, a leading manufacturer of solutions in the field of clean air, introduces the latest addition to its proven Hi-Flo product family with the new Hi-Flo ePM1 70% bag filter. Building on the success of the ePM1 60% and ePM10 60% variants introduced in 2023, the new model offers an average of 12% higher energy efficiency across multiple filter sizes – a clear advancement for sustainable building technology.
The market launch coincides with the update of the standard EN 16798-3, which defines higher requirements for air filtration in various building categories. Especially ePM1 70% filters are gaining importance:
– SUP1: Critical areas such as hospitals and pharmaceutical facilities
– SUP2: General-use buildings with permanent occupancy, e.g., offices and retail spaces
The new Hi-Flo filter not only meets the now recommended filter performance for these areas – it even exceeds it and offers a future-proof solution for modern ventilation systems.
“Our Hi-Flo series has always been suitable for all building types. But through our consistent development, we are setting new standards in durability and energy efficiency,” says Camfil product manager Paula Nowojska. With the Hi-Flo ePM1 70%, Camfil makes a strong statement for sustainable air filtration, Nowojska continues: “We offer our customers a solution that not only complies with current industry standards but also improves their ecological footprint without compromising air quality.”
